Marcus Baguley has been a certified instructor at Rational (now IBM Rational), Java Sun instructor, and an OO trainer at Software Education. Marcus has been developing web-based applications for over 10 years, and has deployed 7 commercial rails projects.

Nigel Ramsay is an accomplished Ruby on Rails developer, and mentor for the Google Summer of Code programme. Nigel has been developing web-based applications for over 10 years, and has deployed 6 commercial rails projects.
