Address Data Retrieval and Validation
We can implement address data retrieval and validation into web applications with or without applying maps for visualisation. Our addressing application can be used with online forms for data-entry or the look up of addresses, it can also be used on websites or with internal business applications.
The address information captured or displayed through our AddressFinder is validated against authoritative NZ Post address data. This process makes it seamless for the end-user as well as for the business to capture validated and “clean” addresses.
Our applications use the super fast form control behaviour we developed to speed up the process of looking up addresses. We lovingly refer to this facility as “predictive address search” as it does exactly that – predict addresses based on entry of a few characters in the field. This control allows rapid entry of address information as well as help users implicitly learn correct address formatting. As a result, you higher rates of completion and correct address information.
We use our predictive search for all our online map applications and have applied it to web forms that require address data entry or lookup to validate delivery addresses and postal addresses.
